Clinical Staff
Our clinical staff will work with you during your appointment to assist in your personalized care. Dr. Gluck's Chief Surgical Assistant Crystal, will seat you and review in detail all information and answer your questions you might have prior to starting any procedure and post-operative instructions (which will be given to you in writing as well)and phone calls. Crystal is very well liked by all our patients and aids in creating a calm environment for our patients.
Our Clinical Staff continue their dental training through continuing education classes to maintain their professional skills.
Business Staff
Our business team are the first faces you'll see when you enter our office, and will assist you every step of the way in scheduling your appointments, helping you understand the dental benefits available through your insurance plan, and explaining the steps of treatment to you.
Karen, our office manager, has been with the practice for over 25 years and will ensure you understand your treatment with a smile.
Our front desk will greet you when you come in and help schedule your appointments along with filling out any required paper work. We will review any insurance/financial questions you may encounter.

Kenneth Gluck, DMD, MDS
Periodontist - Dental Implant Specialist
Dr. Kenneth Gluck, a Board Certified Periodontist, attended New Jersey Dental School where he spent seven years of study, earning his degree in Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD), obtaining his certificate as a specialist in the field of Periodontics, and receiving a Masters in Dental Science. Dr. Gluck currently works in private practice but is also an adjunct clinical assistant professor at Rutgers School of Dental Medicine in the department of periodontics. He has authored articles which discuss implant dentistry and the effects of diabetes on periodontal disease. During his training in periodontics, he learned traditional periodontal therapy as well as implant surgery and its associated procedures. He had the opportunity to train on five top implant systems and discover the strengths and weaknesses of a variety of implant manufacturers.
Dr. Gluck was also involved in researching one of the more destructive bacteria involved in certain forms of aggressive periodontal disease during his training, which received a prestigious award at Michael Balbo Day. At his graduation, he also received the ‘Dental Student Award’ by the American Academy of Periodontology in recognition of outstanding achievement in periodontics. As Chief Resident in the periodontal department at UMDNJ, he dedicated himself to the program and his fellow co-residents, working hard not only to maintain the status quo but to enhance the experiences and training received during residency.
In his spare time, Dr. Gluck enjoys spending time with his wife and children. He also enjoys contributing time to his community needs, playing various sports, and bike riding.

Karen
Office Manager and Dental Implant Coordinator
Karen has been the Office Manager/Dental Implant Coordinator in our practice since 1996.She has worn (and continues to wear at times) many hats over those years which makes her qualified in many different aspects of clinical and non-clinical dentistry.
Her wealth of information from the clinical to the business/insurance aspects is enormous and her talent to thoroughly explain all aspects of dentistry and insurance policy to our patients we feel is unmatched in her field. Her constant composure with patients no matter what the circumstances is a testament to her compassion, her integrity, and her care for each and every patient's needs.
She is cross-trained as a Chairside Assistant as well as a Front Desk Receptionist. Karen has excellent communication skills and will navigate our patients through their treatment plans and financial responsibilities.
She lives in Rockaway with her husband and son, her dog Mika and cat named Puff.
Crystal
Surgical Assistant
Crystal has been the primary Surgical Assistant for a number of years helping Dr. DiMaira and Dr. Gluck. She portrays a knowledge, skill set, and experience way beyond her years and has a comforting smile and demeanor about her that puts our patients at ease. She assists chairside
Crystal is trained in Chairside Surgical Assisting, Radiology, Extra-Oral Scanning with our CBCT machine, Intra-Oral Scanning with our Trios Scanner, and many other procedures. Crystal is there during the exams and procedures to review all instructions with the patient verbally (even though all patients receive a written handout) and is a great resource for any questions you might have at prior to starting any procedure and post-operative phone calls.
She cares about each and every one of our patients and will make follow-up calls in the days following treatment in order to check on their healing and answer any questions or concerns.
